Eurovision Fiction: a message from Liselott Forsman, President of the Eurovision Fiction Group
MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE EUROVISION FICTION EXPERTS GROUP
“Innovations need an unexpected combination of knowledge and anarchy, of people and ideas. Do you think that Americans and Europeans have something to learn from each other? Are you interested in how CEO Jeff Gomes and Starlight Runner Entertainment create blockbusters and new universes around fiction?
Are you planning to use multiple light cameras to document live shows in new ways? Are you curious of what happened when top ballet choreographer Mats Ek and (Madonna's) top video director Jonas Åkerlund joined forces to do TV? Are you inspired or frightened by all the strange energy out there - theatre groups like Skagen filming their events, youngsters inventing new short film formats on the web? Is your channel uninterested in producing short films although they flourish on YouTube?
Would you like to take part in a thinking hat session together with production companies Zentropa, Magma Films or Telekinisi? Would you like to brain storm around a drama that builds bridges between Arabic and European channels?
IF YOUR ANSWER IS YES TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS: Sign in for the next Eurovision Fiction Expert meeting,
Looking forward to seeing you there!”
