We worked actively on rescheduling dates of the Experts meetings, due to the Air traffic disruption during the TV Summit in Lucerne... Please find below new dates and locations for some of the meetings postponed:

Sommet Eurovision TV 2010: 174 participants, reprogrammation des réunions, frais de participation..
174 participants au Sommet Eurovision TV, malgré le chaos sur terre et dans les airs!
Comme vous le savez, le nuage de cendres provoqué par l’éruption d’un volcan islandais a cloué la plupart des avions au sol en Europe, pendant la semaine où se déroulait le Sommet Eurovision TV.
Le Département Eurovision a cependant déployé tous les efforts nécessaires pour permettre aux personnes qui avaient pu se rendre à Lucerne d’assister aux réunions. Celles-ci, et notamment la journée « Point commun » qui s’articulait autour de présentations extrêmement intéressantes, ont donc eu lieu jusqu’au mercredi 21 avril. Bon nombre de participants inscrits à ces réunions n’ont finalement pas été en mesure d’y assister, aussi un flux en direct a-t-il été mis en place, pour permettre à ces personnes de suivre les débats en temps réel.
Réunions reprogrammées
Les réunions qui ont dû être annulées seront reprogrammées à Genève, ou à d’autres endroits. Les responsables concernés prendront contact avec vous prochainement, afin de vous communiquer les nouvelles dates et les nouveaux lieux de ces réunions.
Frais de participation
Les personnes qui n’ont pas été en mesure de se rendre à Lucerne verront leurs frais de participations remboursés.
Enquête
Votre opinion compte pour nous : en effet, il nous est très utile de connaître vos impressions sur le Sommet, afin que nous puissions accorder une attention privilégiée aux questions qui sont importantes à vos yeux. Nous enverrons sous peu, aux personnes qui ont assisté au Sommet Eurovision TV mais aussi à celles qui n'ont pas pu s'y rendre, un questionnaire sur le Sommet.

Nous saisissons cette occasion pour vous remercier de votre appui et de votre aide, qui contribuent à faire du Sommet Eurovision TV une manifestation incontournable… même lorsque les éléments se déchaînent ! Nous regrettons que certains d’entre vous n’aient pas pu se rendre à Lucerne et nous nous réjouissons par avance de vous retrouver à l'occasion des réunions qui seront reprogrammées.

19-04-10 Les cendres du volcan icelandais causent des changements au programme du Sommet Eurovision TV.
Eurovision TV is committed to delivering quality meetings to its Members. To ensure the best programme for the Eurovision TV Summit the schedule has been changed as follows:
- Monday (19th), Tuesday (20th) and Wednesday (21st , Common Focus Day) meetings will take place as scheduled
- All meetings on Thursday (22nd) and Friday (23rd) are postponed to a later date except EBUconnect (Please contact Max Johns for further details on EBUconnect, Tel.: +49 1622022007)
We are still confident that the Common Focus Day will be a world-class event showing the best in Public Service Programming in the “Proud to Present” session and with a prestigious line-up of speakers to talk about the theme of the day: e-Motion. A special Eurovision World Feed on the “Best in Public Service Programming”, with highlights of the “Proud to Present” session and the Common Focus Day will go out on same day (Wednesday 21st April) at 18.00 Lucerne local time.
